Hello, I'm Lindsay. That's me up there. I don't have a headshot so you get a smattering of selfies. The first one on the left is the is the most recent. The one on the bottom right is what I look like most of the time and apparently I don't like to show my teeth unless I make my ugly face. My friends coined the nickname "Lulu" and I recently became a new mama, thus the name "Mamalu" and this blog came to fruition. I'm in my late twenties and the "late" part is soon going to turn "early" and then all of a sudden I'm really old. I write about being a new mom, my family, and my new job as a stay-at-home mama.

Below is my family. Matt is my husband, my best friend, my oak. If there is a stronger tree out there, he'd be that instead. We got married September of 2012 and in our first year of marriage we produced a tiny miracle named Thomas. He is a dreamboat baby. We also have a furbaby named Fonzie. We rescued him from a shelter in Wyoming in 2012 because we obviously didn't have enough going on. But that's how we do it. We don't do life slowly over here.
